Clinical Efficacy Analysis Of Eye Acupuncture And Needle Rehabilitation Therapy In The Treatment Of Post-stroke Shoulder-hand Syndrome Stage I (phlegm And Blood Stasis Obstruction Type

Purpose:To compare the clinical efficacy of eye acupuncture with acupuncture rehabilitation therapy and routine rehabilitation training in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome stage I(phlegm-blood stasis type).Material and method:60 patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome I(phlegm-stasis blocking collaterals type)were randomly divided into test group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The experimental group was treated with eye acupuncture and needle rehabilitation therapy,while the control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training.Through the visual analog score of pain(VAS),the Fugl-Meyer scale of upper limb motor function,the activity of daily living scale(ADL),swelling score,etc.,the efficacy of patients in alleviating pain and improving the range of motion of shoulder joints was analyzed.Results:1.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the analysis of baseline data(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.The SHSS score,VAS score,FMA score,ADL score and swelling score of the two groups of patients were compared before treatment,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05),which was comparable.3.Compared with before treatment,the VAS score,SHSS score and swelling score of patients in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),and the test group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.Compared with before treatment,the FMA score and ADL score of patients in the two groups increased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),and the test group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both eye acupuncture and needle rehabilitation therapy and routine rehabilitation training are effective in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome stage I(phlegm-blood stasis type);2.The rehabilitation therapy with eye acupuncture and needle for the treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome stage I(phlegm-stasis type)can relieve pain,improve the range of motion of shoulder joint,reduce joint swelling,and improve the ability of daily life.The effect is better than that of routine rehabilitation training.3.The rehabilitation operation of eye needle with needle is simple,without adverse reactions,and the curative effect is reliable,which is worthy of promotion.
