| Objective: The data mining technology was used to study the characteristic distribution of patients with precancerous lesions of the stomach,to summarize the drug use rules of Professor Wang Chuijie in the treatment of precancerous lesions of the stomach,and to analyze and summarize the drug use ideas of Professor Wang Chuijie in the treatment of patients with precancerous lesions of the stomach.Data and methods: The cases of gastric precancerous lesions treated and treated by Professor Wang in the expert clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to November 2022 were collected and screened out.A total of 257 patients meeting the criteria were collected and screened out.The medical records were sorted out and the data were normalized.The processed data were input into Microsoft Excel 2016 software to conduct the database of Professor Wang’s treatment of gastric precancerous diseases.Then frequency statistics,association rules and cluster analysis were carried out through traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform,SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 25 software,respectively.According to the statistical results,the medication rule of Professor Wang in the treatment of gastric precancerous lesions was discussed.Results:1.A total of 257 cases meeting the criteria were screened out in this study,with a gender ratio of 1.32:1.2.The main characteristics of tongue and pulse syndrome are: fat tongue,dark red tongue,thin white greasy moss,thin pulse,abdominal discomfort and belching represented by distension and congestion.Common syndromes include depression of liver and stomach heat,spleen deficiency and stomach heat,spleen deficiency and blood stasis,damp-heat of spleen and stomach,etc.3.257 prescriptions were included in this study,involving a total of 123 TCM,with a total frequency of 3,767,and 16 TCM efficacy categories.A total of 24 TCM medicines with ≥40 drug frequency were high frequency drugs.The high frequency effects of tonifying deficiency drugs,clearing heat drugs,regulating qi drugs,dispelling dampness drugs and activating blood stasis drugs are the prescription drugs.The medicinal properties are mainly warm,cold and flat;Medicine taste to bitter,sweet,sweet,less acid,salty medicine;Drugs attributed to spleen,lung,stomach,liver,heart meridian more;The main location of the disease is the spleen and stomach,followed by the liver and gallbladder.The disease involves deficiency,heat,qi stagnation,dampness,blood stasis and so on.4.Cluster analysis was carried out on 24 drugs frequently used,and 6 combinations were obtained: Category 1: Hedyotis officinalis,schizophylla officinalis,forsythia,Fructus officinalis;Category 2: Xylosa sinensis,Cardamom,poria cocos,ambrosia kernel,Tangerine peel,Astragalus membranaceus,Angelica sinensis,Codonopsis codonopsis,Atractylodes atractylodes;Category 3: Salvia miltiorrhiza and Rhizoma corydalis;Category 4: Radix paeoniae alba,Bupleurum bupleurum,Radix Rhizome,processed liquorice,Fructus aurantii;Category 5: Magnolia officinalis,atractylodes atractylodes and Pinellia sinensis;Category 6:Fritillaria thunberg,Cuttlebone,Gardenia,licorice,Scutellaria scutellaria,Coptis chinensis.5.Association rule analysis showed that common drug pairs were: Fritillaria thunbergii-Cuttlebone,cuttlebone,Hedyotis chinensis,tangerine peel-amomum chinensis.Conclusion:1.Professor Wang Chuijie believes that this disease is based on deficiency,and deficiency leads to heat,stagnation and blood stasis,forming signs of deficiency and accumulation.The disease is located in the spleen and stomach,mostly involving the liver and gallbladder.2.Radix atractylodes,Radix codonopsis,Coptis chinensis,Tangerine peel,Radix xylosa,poria cocos,Radix scutellariae,Radix glycyrrhizae,Radix ophiogloschinensis and Magnolia officinalis were the core drugs used by Professor Wang Chuijie to treat this disease.3.Professor Wang Chuijie’s core drug idea for the treatment of this disease is to cure the disease,the main use of deficiency medicine to fuzheng Gubenji,cold and warm combined,the rise and fall in harmony,balance the middle coke,slow map cure the root,day long. |
