Study On The Effect Of Bushen Cuopai Recipe On IVF Pregnancy Outcomes In Patients With Infertility Due To Kidney Deficiency Based On Follicular Fluid Cytokine Level

Objective:Through a randomized controlled trial,we observed the effect of kidney tonifying and promoting ovulation recipe on the level of cytokines in follicular fluid and pregnancy outcome in the IVF superovulation cycle of infertility patients with kidney deficiency syndrome,and discussed the role of kidney tonifying and promoting ovulation recipe in the IVF process,and preliminarily clarified some action mechanisms of kidney supplementation and pregnancy promotion,which provided scientific basis and theoretical support for the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to assist in the treatment of IVF.Methods:From July 2021 to November 2022,62 patients with renal deficiency syndrome infertility were treated in the Gynecological Reproduction Clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The selected cases were randomly divided into the control group(n=31)and the treatment group(n=31).The control group simply used IVF-ET,and on the basis of it,the treatment group added Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription of Kidney tonifying and Ovulation induction from the beginning of Gn to the HCG day.TCM syndrome score,number of oocytes obtained,fertilization rate,high-quality embryo rate,clinical pregnancy rate and the Follicular fluid cytokine levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and LIF were observed in the two groups.Results:1.General data comparison:There were no statistical differences in age,BMI,infertility years,AFC,causes of infertility and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05,indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:The TCM syndrome score of 2 groups after treatment was significantly decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of follicular development and pregnancy-related conditions:After the intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription of Kidney tonifying and Ovulation induction,number of oocytes obtained,high-quality embryo rate and clinical pregnancy rate in the treatment group were significantly increased(P<0.05).However,there were no significant differences in the fertilization rate between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Comparison of IL-1β,IL-6 and LIF in follicular fluid:After treatment,the expression levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and LIF in follicular fluid of the twogroups were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.TCM Prescription of Kidney tonifying and Ovulation induction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the quality of life of infertility patients with kidney deficiency syndrome by intervening in IVF superovulation cycle process.2.TCM Prescription of Kidney tonifying and Ovulation induction can increase thenumber of oocytes obtained,improve the high-quality embryo rate and clinical pregnancy rate,promote the development of high quality embryo,which plays an important role in improving pregnancy outcomes by intervening in IVF superovulation cycle process.3.TCM Prescription of Kidney tonifying and Ovulation induction can upregulate follicular fluid related cellular factors expression level,and then improve the quality of follicular development quality by intervening in IVF superovulation cycle process.4.TCM Prescription of Kidney tonifying and Ovulation induction has no adverse reactions and is safe and reliable by intervening in IVF superovulation cycle process.
