Research On Government Responsibility In The Integrated Medical And Nursing Care Services In Chongqin

In recent years,China’s aging trend is increasing,and the way of aging for the elderly population has received more attention.The traditional aging model is limited by the declining capacity of family care and the separation of medical and elderly resources,and it is difficult to meet the needs of the elderly population.Therefore,the combined medical and nursing care service model has entered the public view and has played a good social effect.This paper takes Chongqing,a city with a serious aging situation,as the main subject of research,and takes the public integrated medical and nursing care institution in Area A as a typical case.Through the use of literature research method,case study method and questionnaire survey method,we deeply analyze the bottlenecks restricting the development of the integrated medical and nursing care service model and the problems in the governmental responsibility from the dimension of governmental responsibility,and propose improvement measures corresponding to them,in order to contribute to the development of the integrated medical and nursing care service model in Chongqing.The article is divided into four parts.The main body of the article is divided into four parts: the first part explains the concepts of integrated health care services and government responsibility and the theoretical basis of the study;the second part describes the specific practice of government responsibility in guiding,guaranteeing and supervising the integrated health care services in Chongqing;the third part focuses on the government responsibility in the integrated health care services in Chongqing,and through the analysis of typical cases,the analysis summarizes The third part focuses on the government’s responsibility in the combined medical and nursing care service in Chongqing,and analyzes and summarizes the reasons behind the government’s responsibility,such as imperfect construction of supporting mechanism,insufficient guidance of social funds,incomplete talent guarantee mechanism,and insufficient propaganda;finally,it puts forward countermeasure suggestions from the perspective of government’s responsibility,such as strengthening mechanism construction,optimizing fund coordination,improving talent training system,and strengthening propaganda guidance,in order to better promote the development of combined medical and nursing care service.
