Research On Management Issues And Countermeasures Of Patients With Severe Mental Disorders In L District, Chongqin

In recent years,a number of cases of serious mental disorder patients have occurred across the country,causing great harm to the safety of people’s lives and property,and posing a great threat to social harmony and stability.Patients with severe mental disorders have become a major hidden danger affecting public safety and a prominent problem in social governance,and are included in key populations for management,becoming an important element in preventing and resolving risks in social fields and peace building.Taking L district of Chongqing as a sample point,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of management of patients with severe mental disorders in L district by using literature analysis method and field survey method,analyzes the root causes of the problems,and proposes countermeasures to strengthen the management of patients with severe mental disorders in L district from the perspective of new public service theory,collaborative governance theory,and social support network theory.In terms of structure,the paper firstly introduces the current situation and main practices of the management of patients with severe mental disorders in L district,including the completion of key indicators,work experience and effectiveness of the management of patients with severe mental disorders in L district.Then,the paper points out the problems in the management of patients with severe mental disorders in L district,such as the overall management effectiveness is not outstanding enough,the specific management measures are still weak,and the treatment and rescue management is still short.Finally,countermeasures are proposed for the management of patients with severe mental disorders in L district.The study found that in the management of patients with severe mental disorders,there are still shortcomings in the establishment of a sound trinity of government,society,and family care and support system and specific management measures such as psychological intervention,emotional guidance,community rehabilitation,and popularization of science in China.This paper explores how to further standardize and improve the whole chain of management measures before,during and after the incident,in order to better maintain the general stability of society and continuously enhance people’s sense of access,happiness and security by taking a region as a template.
