| In the context of the Healthy China strategy,various sectors of society are increasingly paying attention to the health management.More and more medical institutions and health management enterprises are strengthening chronic disease management for specific diseases,and cultivating professional management personnel for specific diseases has gradually become a new trend in the development of human resources in the medical and health field.Stroke is the leading cause of death among Chinese residents and the primary cause of adult disability.The serious consequences of disease and the long treatment and recovery cycle have brought heavy psychological and economic burden to patients and their families.The current research shows that combining the case management model with the management of stroke patients can help to realize the specialized management of patients and improve the rehabilitation results of patients.At this stage,more and more medical institutions and enterprises at home and abroad implement the stroke case management model and set up corresponding positions of stroke case managers.Clarifying the competency of stroke case managers is the basic condition for carrying out the case management practice,it is also the key to improve the efficiency and quality of patient management.In this context,it is proposed to build a competency model for stroke case managers,summarize the post competency required by stroke case managers,and provide specific evaluation indicators for the selection and assessment of stroke case managers.This study takes the post competency of stroke case managers as the core.First,based on literature research and job analysis,34 preliminary competency model indicators are selected and their concepts are explained.On this basis,the screening and interpretation modification of the initial indicators were achieved through Delphi expert consultation with 15 experts in the field of medical management.Further screening and adjustment of the indicators were achieved through questionnaire surveys with 349 relevant medical personnel,resulting in 23 indicators.Then,the principal component analysis method was used to divide the indicators into four dimensions: "professional ability","professional quality","personal characteristics" and "cognition and achievement orientation".The competency model of stroke case managers was initially determined,and the reliability and validity of the model were tested by using indicators such as Cronbach coefficient and structural validity.The results showed that the competency model of stroke case manager with 23 indicators and 4 dimensions has good credibility and reliability.After that,detailed grading criteria for each indicator were developed through literature analysis and group discussion.Finally,the paper analyzes the management optimization countermeasures based on the selection criteria,training content and performance evaluation of the stroke case manager competency model.The competency model for stroke case managers constructed in the research results can provide new talent cultivation directions for medical institutions or health management enterprises in the diagnosis,treatment,and rehabilitation management of stroke in practice,provide a certain reference and reference significance for the promotion and development of chronic disease case managers in other categories,and promote and promote human resource management in the medical field of stroke related chronic diseases. |
