Research On The Risk Prevention And Control Mechanism Of Public Health Safety In Liaogao Street, Songtao Count

With the development of economy and social progress,cities become more open and complex.A large number of people gather in a city,which is easy to have a certain impact on urban health and public safety,and also puts forward higher requirements for urban prevention and control.The outbreak of the major public health emergency in 2020 has also enabled China to carry out beneficial practices in epidemic prevention and control,improving the carrying capacity of public health security and the prevention and control capacity of health events,and continuously improving the carrying capacity of public health security in China.However,problems in handling public health emergencies have also been exposed,such as weak infrastructure,poor health conditions,a large gap between urban and rural medical and health levels,a lack of professional personnel,a small reserve force in epidemic prevention and control,and improper management of health information,which will affect the safety prevention and control of public health events.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a sound prevention and control mechanism.We will do a good job in preventing and controlling public health security risks.Taking Polygonao Street in Songtao County as a specific case,this thesis uses case analysis,investigation method and literature analysis to start with the basic concepts,and discusses the theories of crisis management,collaborative governance and risk management.Combined with the current situation of public health security risks that Polygonao Street in Songtao County may face,this thesis systematically expounds the operation of the risk prevention and control mechanism of public health security.According to the problems and causes of risk prevention and control mechanism of public health safety in Gonggao street of Songtao County,feasible countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.By analyzing and summarizing the operation of public health security in risk prevention,risk assessment,risk early warning and risk disposal mechanism of Gonggao Street in Songtao County,combined with the results of questionnaire and interview,It pointed out that there were some problems in the risk prevention and control mechanism of public health safety in Liaogao street,such as insufficient construction of risk prevention mechanism,imperfect risk assessment mechanism,imperfect risk early warning mechanism and untargeted risk disposal mechanism.It is found that the awareness of risk early warning prevention and control is weak,the construction of risk assessment team is lagging behind,the risk information communication channel is blocked,and the risk disposal and prevention mechanism do not match.According to the current situation and problems of the risk prevention and control mechanism of Gonggao street in Songtao County,the countermeasures to solve the problems are as follows: We will strengthen and improve risk prevention mechanisms,optimize and improve risk assessment mechanisms,innovate and enrich risk early warning mechanisms,and actively explore risk handling mechanisms.The study of this thesis is not only for the prevention and control of public health security risks,but also to provide suggestions and references for scholars who conduct subsequent studies on the treatment of public health events and the construction of prevention and control mechanisms.
