ObjectiveBased on the Real World Study(RWS),the efficacy of "Lu’s Acupuncture and Moxibustion" heat-producing needling-centered acupuncture therapy on women with mixed urinary incontinence(MUI)was evaluated based on the "Lu’s Acupuncture and Moxibustion" in the treatment of female MUI.MethodsThe 121 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into observation group(96cases,2 cases dropped)and control group(25 cases,3 cases dropped)according to their wishes. Both groups were given basic intervention(instruction of lifestyle). On the basis of basic intervention, the observation group used heat-producing needling(Shao Shan Huo)-centered acupuncture therapy, using Shenshu(BL 23),"Sacral Four Points",Baihui(DU 20),and Sanyinjiao points(SP 6),and heat-producing needling at BL 23,three times a week. The control group selected pelvic floor muscle training(PFMT),three times a day, about 5 minutes each time. Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.Observation and collection of subjects’ ICI-Q-SF score before treatment,6 weeks after treatment and 6 months after treatment)Score,VAS scale, urinary incontinence quality of life score,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),urinary incontinence severity score, statistics and analysis of the data.Results1.Compared with before treatment, the follow-up scores of the two groups of patients after ICI-Q-SF treatment and the observation group were significantly reduced(P<0.001),the follow-up scores of the control group were not significantly different(P>0.05),and the observation group ICI-The difference of Q-SF score before and after treatment and the difference between follow-up and before treatment were lower than those in the control group(P=0.001).2.Compared with before treatment, the scores of the two groups of patients after VAS treatment were significantly reduced(P<0.001),the follow-up score of the observation group was significantly reduced(P<0.001),and the follow-up score of the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05).And the difference of the VAS score before and after treatment, the difference between follow-up and before treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P=0.001,P<0.001).3.Compared with before treatment, the quality of life scores of patients in the observation group and the control group were significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.001,P<0.01),the follow-up score of the observation group was significantly reduced(P < 0.001),and the follow-up score of the control group was not significant The difference(P>0.05),and the difference in the quality of life score of the observation group before and after treatment, and the difference between follow-up and before treatment were lower than those in the control group(P=0.001).4.Compared with before treatment, the scores of the two groups of patients after HAMD treatment were significantly reduced(P<0.001),the follow-up score of the observation group was significantly reduced(P<0.001),and the follow-up score of the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05),and The difference of the HAMD score before and after treatment, the difference between follow-up and before treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).5.Compared with before treatment, the follow-up scores of the two groups of patients after HAMA treatment and the observation group were significantly reduced(P<0.001),the follow-up scores of the control group were not significantly different(P>0.05),and the difference of the HAMA scores of the observation group before and after treatment,The reduction of the difference between follow-up and before treatment was greater than that of the control group(P<0.001,P=0.001).6.Compared with before treatment, the severity of the two groups of patients after treatment and the observation group’s follow-up scores were significantly reduced(P<0.001),the control group had no significant difference in follow-up scores(P>0.05),and the observation group’s severity was worse before and after treatment The reduction of the difference between the follow-up and the pre-treatment value was greater than that of the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion1.The heat-producing needling-centered acupuncture therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of female MUI.2.The heat-producing needling-centered acupuncture therapy can improve the severity of women’s MUI,improve women’s quality of life, reduce patients’ anxiety and depression, and provide a basis for Lu’s acupuncture treatment of women’s MUI.
