Applied Research On The Creation Ethics Of Social Reality Documentary

Social reality documentary aims to record the survival and life of ordinary people,reflect social reality problems and arouse public thinking.Because the social reality documentary needs to go deep into the methods of the subject’s life,the creation ethics of social reality documentary has to be discussed.However,in today’s research on the creation ethics of documentaries with social reality themes,most of the academic research is to use the existing documentaries to explore the "ethical problems" in documentaries,or to study the "ethical relations" in documentaries,and has not formed a systematic and comprehensive research on the application of the creation ethics of documentaries with social reality themes.Therefore,the author systematically combs and discusses the application of social reality documentary creation ethics by combining his graduation works and taking the creator as the starting point.Firstly,through the sorting of relevant books and documents,this paper analyzes the origin,development and significance of "social reality theme documentary" and "documentary creation ethics",and then discusses the ethical relationship between the creator and media institutions,the creator and the shooting object,and the creator and the audience in documentary creation,taking the ethical relationship between the four as the starting point,Then it analyzes the obligations and trade-offs of the creator when facing the media institutions,the due respect and head up when facing the shooting object,and the control of the reality and fiction of the documentary when facing the audience.The final conclusion summarizes the author’s feelings and deficiencies in the shooting of graduation works and thesis writing,and looks forward to the creation of social reality documentaries in the future.
