| The rise of social media and short video platforms has given rise to a group of foreign bloggers who use short videos to convey China and Chinese culture and promote the communication between Chinese and foreign cultures.A large number of short videos released by foreign bloggers with a large number of fans on domestic and overseas platforms have become the hot discussion and attention of users at home and abroad.This study takes short cross-cultural videos created by foreign bloggers on Bilibili and Douyin social platforms as the research content,and takes foreign bloggers as the research object to record and sort out the short video content and corpus,supported by "5W" theory and cross-cultural communication theory.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic situation of foreign bloggers and their short videos.Secondly,it analyzes the characteristics and themes of the Chinese short video content of foreign bloggers,and explores the cross-cultural communication behavior of foreign bloggers in China from three aspects of cross-cultural adaptation,cultural integration and cultural identity by means of content analysis and case analysis.Secondly,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview were conducted on the audience groups of Chinese short videos spread by foreign bloggers.The purpose was to understand the feedback of Chinese and overseas students when watching Chinese short videos by foreign bloggers,and to analyze the propagation effect of short videos.Finally,according to the content of the study,enlightenment and methods for Chinese language international communication and Chinese language teaching are provided.Based on the above analysis,it can be seen that the dissemination content of short Chinese videos of foreign bloggers is rich in theme types,mainly featuring Chinese theme,supplemented by domestic theme and assisted by the comparison of Chinese and foreign cultures.The cross-cultural communication of foreign bloggers has gone through a process from initial understanding,to liking,imitating,and then successfully integrating into Chinese social life.It can be seen from the research that foreign bloggers not only have good intercultural communication ability,but also have good intercultural communication ability.From the perspective of the number of fans,likes and audience groups,the short Chinese videos of foreign bloggers have certain communication effects.The content of short Chinese videos can help expand the horizons of The Chinese audience and the audience of overseas students,and the communication effects will be different due to the individual differences of the audience. |
