| In recent two years,affected by the COVID-19 epidemic,foreign students in domestic universities can’t go back to school,and offline teaching of Chinese as a foreign language is difficult,so online teaching mode has become a new choice for teachers of Chinese as a foreign language.As a novice teacher,the author found many teaching problems in the online teaching process,and these problems were further amplified in the online large class teaching environment.Through consulting a large number of related articles at home and abroad,the author found that there were few researches on helping international novice Chinese teachers to deal with online large class teaching.Therefore,the author collected relevant research materials and sample data for both teachers and students,learned the difficulties and needs of online Chinese learning of large-class international students through questionnaire survey,and summarized the teaching problems and teaching experiences of novice teachers by interview.From the results of the questionnaire,it can be seen that it is difficult for international students to get targeted guidance and help from teachers in the online large class environment,the opportunities for interaction are unequal,the learning motivation is not strong enough,and it is not easy to establish intimate relationship between teachers and students.According to the interview answers of novice teachers,it can be seen that novice teachers have insufficient knowledge of Chinese ontology and lack of online teaching ability,and the function of teaching platform can’t fully meet the needs of online Chinese teaching,which makes novice teachers prone to negative teaching mentality,thus reducing the teaching quality.Therefore,according to the above-mentioned difficulties encountered by teachers and students in the online large class environment,combined with production-oriented approach and Theory of Transactional Distance,the author takes Lesson 11 of HSK Standard Course 3 as an example,shows the complete teaching process from preparing lessons before class to evaluating feedback after class,and explains and analyzes each teaching link.Finally,it puts forward concrete and feasible teaching suggestions for novice teachers,Chinese as a second language education industry and domestic universities. |
