Research On Ishiguro Munemaro’s Ceramic Decorative Art

Ishiguro Munemaro,in his pottery making career of more than half a century(hereinafter referred to as Ishiguro),followed the classics,explored a road with unique style,and showed high artistic attainments in poetry,calligraphy and painting.The most outstanding achievement in the creation of stone black ceramics lies in the artistic language of ceramic painting and decoration.The creative concept and aesthetic taste contained in it have a far-reaching impact on future generations.The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the formation and performance of Ishiguro Munemaro’s unique style.The author mainly adopts the method of case study.Therefore,the author in a large number of collection,master Ishiguro Munemaro life letters,speeches,articles and other primary data and later research results on the basis of the first of the Ishiguro Munemaro ceramics on the painting decoration part of the historical investigation and combing system,Then the origin,form,method and characteristics of Ishiguro Munemaro ceramic paintings are discussed in depth from the perspective of imagology.In the concrete writing,this paper first describes the origin of Ishiguro’s artistic style.Then,the author sorts out the change course of Ishiguro Munemaro’s art style,and divides it into the early stage,the mature stage and the late stage.The three correspond to the art form of integration of engraving and painting,overlapping of glaze painting and combination of brush and glaze respectively.The creation techniques of Ishiguro in these three periods can basically be extracted into three structures: painting,carving and printing.Therefore,the author makes an in-depth analysis of his ceramic painting art by combining tools and materials.From the above analysis,we can find that its artistic language has always been influenced by traditional culture,Sinology and western modernist art style.To sum up,On the basis of Oriental classical poetry,calligraphy,painting and pottery,Ishiguro Munemaro integrates the concepts of Western modernism,so that the patterns of his ceramic paintings break away from the traditional craft system and form a unique artistic language form.As a result,Ishiguro Munemaro can grasp the pure classical spirit and highlight the distinctive modernity,thus gaining its unique artistic value.Finally,the author combines the characteristics and cultural "gene" of Ishiguro Munemaro ceramic art extracted with his own creative practice.
