Room,Landscape,Between Figurative And Abstract

Objects in indoor rooms and outdoor natural scenery have always been the favorite subjects of artists’ artistic creation,and they also have many expressions in decorative paintings.Art often comes from our daily life,but it is not the reproduction of real life,but brings personal emotions into the picture we want to express through our subjective processing,and the French Nabi School has really achieved this.Although the Nabi School in the 19 th century is not familiar to our ears,it has brought a great impetus to Western Impressionism and modern painting,breaking people’s depiction of the surface of objects and exploring the subjective emotions of artists in a deeper level.Among them,Bonnard and Vial are the main objects of this study.Their artistic techniques and color combinations,which show that the picture space tends to be relatively flat,are what we want to absorb and utilize.The formation of many styles in contemporary painting has a lot to do with the breakthrough of abstract methods of structure.There is also a deep relationship between figurative art and abstract art.In the history of art development,abstract art has evolved and developed through figurative art.The expression of abstract elements in figurative pictures is an innovative point that I want to study in my creation.The author first expounds the characteristics of figurative art and abstract art,and then discusses the characteristics of the fusion of figurative and abstract art.By studying the paintings of two representative artists of the Nabi School,Bonnard and Vial,and Chinese female artists Xia Junna and Yan Ping,he combined his graduation Creation analysis how we can break through traditional painting and find a combination to achieve stylized figuration and how to express abstract composition in figurative way.
