Shanxi folk songs have a long history,among which Zuoquan folk songs are the most famous.In 2006,The Zuoquan county folk song “flowers” was selected into the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage,and its artistic value is evident.This paper takes Shanxi Zuoquan folk songs as the research object,and makes an in-depth analysis and interpretation of the artistic characteristics of Zuoquan folk songs from the background,literature,music,singing and other aspects of Zuoquan folk songs.The contemporary national vocal music studied provides some reference and reference.The article is divided into four parts.The first chapter mainly summarizes the background and classification of Zuoquan folk songs,which is divided into three parts: geographical background,cultural background and the classification.It is precisely because of Zuoquan’s unique geographical and cultural environment that Zuoquan folk songs were born.The second chapter interprets Zuoquan folk songs from the perspective of textual artistic features.Firstly,from the perspective of literature,this paper studies the subject matter,folk customs,Fu Bi Xing and other artistic techniques of Zuoquan folk songs,as well as the use of function words,interlinked words and overlapping words.Secondly,it analyzes the scale,tone,melody and rhythm of Zuoquan folk songs from the Perspective of music.At last,the aesthetic implication of the flower tune in Zuoquan folk songs is simply expounded.The third chapter,starting from the singing of Zuoquan folk songs,deeply analyzes the singing form and singing method of Zuoquan folk songs,and introduces the life and singing characteristics of five famous folk singers of Zuoquan,Liu Gaiyu,Ji Aifang,Shi Zhanming,Liu Hongquan and Hao Lihong.The fourth chapter,from the perspective of contemporary national vocal music,combined with the author’s own research and singing experience of Zuoquan folk songs,summarizes the Enlightenment of Zuoquan folk songs to contemporary national vocal music,and discusses how contemporary national vocal music should absorb nutrients from the traditional folk music represented by Zuoquan folk songs and realize its own development.
