| With the accelerating capitalization process of the film industry,film production has become a key link of the industrial chain,and with the rising demand for film production,many high-quality production enterprises have been listed.However,since film production is a high-risk investment activity,Therefore,in order to disperse the risk,the listed export enterprises will build an external network environment suitable for their own development with the help of enterprise cooperation,so as to improve the level of enterprise risk bearing.Based on the cooperative relationship between listed exporting enterprises and their investment partners,this paper sets up a cooperative network of listed exporting enterprises,which is called "cooperative network of listed exporting enterprises",and probes into the relationship between the characteristics of "enterprise nodes" in this network and enterprise risk taking.In addition,this paper further builds the industrial agglomeration network of the cities where the above enterprises are located,and analyzes whether the characteristics of "city nodes" in this network can play an intermediary effect on the process of "enterprise nodes" affecting risk taking.In this paper,a total of 210 films(the annual box office of sample films accounts for about 70% of the box office of domestic films in that year)are selected from 30 films released by listed producers in descending order of annual box office from 2013 to 2019,involving a total of 885 enterprises,including 60 listed producers.Then,according to the "Entgroup data" APP to find the enterprise cooperation information,and build the cooperation network database of listed enterprises.Then,using the social network analysis method,this paper describes the topology of the cooperative network of listed export enterprises and its urban industrial agglomeration network from the perspective of network connection characteristics and network node location.Finally,on this basis,the paper mainly analyzes the influence of node location of enterprise network on enterprise risk taking,the moderating effect of different listed sectors of enterprises in this influence process,and the mediating effect of node location of city network in this process.This paper shows that: first,from the analysis of network connection characteristics,the gang phenomenon among listed export enterprises is serious,which is not conducive to cooperation and exchange;In the urban industrial agglomeration network,Beijing occupies the most core position,and the contact frequency between Beijing and Shanghai is the highest.Secondly,from the position analysis of network nodes,"China Film","Huayi Brothers","Enlight Media" and "Shanghai Film",the first and second board enterprises in the capital market,occupy the most core position in the network,and the new Third Board enterprises occupy the most structural holes.In the urban industrial agglomeration network,Beijing,Shanghai,Dongyang and Tianjin are at the core of the network.Thirdly,in the research of the influence of network node location on enterprise risk taking,we find that :(1)the index of intermediate centrality,recursive centrality and recursive power of listed export enterprises have the most significant impact on enterprise risk taking;(2)The structural holes and recursion power indicators of GEM and NEEQ enterprises have the most significant impact on risk taking,while the degree centrality and recursion centrality indicators of main board and SME board enterprises have the most significant impact on risk taking;(3)Enterprises occupying more structural holes are not affected by the mediating effect of node location of industrial agglomeration network.Listed product belongs to high risk and revenue for a long time of cooperative network under uncertain environment,therefore the enterprise network node position as the influencing factors of enterprise risk bearing,is advantageous to the enterprise in foreign partnership to choose more suitable for their partners,provide certain guiding role to improve the level of risk exposure. |
