A Comparative Study Of Three Performance Versions Of Erhu Song "River Of Sorrow"

The Erhu music "River of Sorrow" was transplanted by Huang Haihuai in the early 1960s according to the double pipe music of the same name.Once this music came out,it spread widely.For decades,the erhu music "River of Sorrow" has been active in various competitions and performances,and is loved by the masses of people and performers.This paper selects three representative Erhu players of different times and playing styles:Min Huifen,Yu Hongmei and Hu Zhiping.Based on the study of different details of the three playing versions,explore their unique playing styles and playing techniques,and establish a deep inner hearing,so as to more accurately handle music details in learning and playing,more clearly grasp the music style,and then trigger deeper thinking on the Erhu playing level.The comparative study of the three different playing versions can not only provide reference and inspiration for the treatment of the Erhu music "River of Sorrow",but also have important guiding significance for the author’s own performance and learning.The full text consists of four parts.The introduction includes the reason for choosing this topic,the research status and the writing ideas of this paper.The text part is an overview of the Erhu song "River of Sorrow",including the creation background and musical structure analysis of the Erhu song"River of Sorrow".The following is the key analysis chapter of this article,which mainly compares the performance versions of the three performers from the three aspects of speed,the application of left-handed techniques,and the application of right-handed techniques,including the comparative analysis of common performance techniques in Erhu performance,such as gliding,string rubbing,and bowing.The last part is the summary and sublimation of the full text,mainly elaborating the common and individual characteristics of the three performance versions,and the enlightenment of the comparative study of the Erhu music "River of Sorrow" to the author and the Erhu performance art.The conclusion is a summary of the research results of the whole article.
