Research On The Artistic Performance Of South And North Lion Dance In Chinese Traditional Folk Culture

Lion dance,as a form of Chinese folk dance,is often performed during the year or festival to set off the atmosphere and bring joy to the masses.Lion is regarded as auspicious animal in our country,which often means to eliminate disasters and seek happiness.It has a certain public foundation,so the lion dance movement develops rapidly.Since the book of Han Dynasty,there has been a record of the predecessor of lion dance "Elephant Man".Such a long history is worthy of China’s attention to the protection of intangible cultural heritage.In the promotion,lion dance culture with its own regional characteristics has gradually formed.On May 20,2006,lion dance was listed in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list with the approval of the State Council.After thousands of years of development and progress,lion dance is also seeking its own breakthrough in constant development and change,In our country,the basic formation of the South lion is powerful,the north lion is charming,the martial lion is thrilling,and the Wen lion is gentle.This paper mainly studies the "Lion Dance" as the core,based on the perspective of folk culture,analyzes the artistic form of the north and South lion dance,This paper tries to find a new theoretical perspective by combing the fieldwork of the South lion representative "Suixi lion dance" and the north lion representative "Xushui lion dance",This paper analyzes the artistic forms of South lion and north lion.This paper consists of an introduction and four parts.The introduction describes the purpose and significance of the research,research results at home and abroad,research methods and writing ideas,as well as the theoretical basis of the research.In the first part,it mainly expounds the form,origin and development of lion dance in folk culture.Firstly,it introduces the form of lion dance;Secondly,it briefly explains the origin of lion dance;Once again,the main classification and development of lion dance at present are described,which leads to the regional division of South lion and north lion.In the second part,it analyzes the main dependence of the northern and southern lion dance and the basic situation of its performance form,performance process,action skills,modeling clothing,props,music and so on.The third part is the description of the specific situation of "Suixi lion dance" and "Xushui lion dance".The fourth part is the summary and thinking of the research content.The study of lion dance is based on the admiration for China’s traditional folk culture,in line with the idea of deeply combing and actively looking for new ideas,and strive to contribute to the inheritance and development of China’s traditional culture.
