The Application Of Peacock Theme In Ceramic Decoration

This project takes the peacock theme as its starting point,and based on the research of related literature and the collection of a large number of related cases,combined with the author’s own understanding of the peacock theme,it creatively designs the peacock theme from the perspective of its form,color,and meaning,exploring its decorative and plasticity in ceramic decoration through modern design concepts and language.This project mainly focuses on four parts of research and practice.In the first part,through the method of literature research,relevant materials related to the topic are consulted,and relevant theoretical concepts are summarized and organized to understand the current development trends and achievements of the peacock theme,providing theoretical support for the creation.In the second part,by interpreting the form,color,and meaning of the peacock,the beauty of the peacock itself is explored,and the feasibility of integrating design is explored.In the third part,through the method of case analysis,the application case of the peacock theme is specifically analyzed,and the methods of redesigning the peacock element and the application of the peacock theme are learned,extending some feasible innovative techniques and trying to change and apply them to the design,providing design ideas for subsequent creation.In the fourth part,design conceptualization and physical production are carried out,integrating the composition laws and aesthetic principles of modern design to redesign the peacock theme,discovering and solving the unreasonable aspects of the design in the physical production process,and gaining experience from it.Through the research of this project,the author realizes that the creation of peacock theme designs that meet the aesthetic standards of the times is inevitably linked to social culture and aesthetic psychology.Innovative design of the peacock theme enhances its decorative beauty,making the peacock theme more diversified and artistic.After a series of creative practices,the combination of the peacock theme and ceramic decoration research is enriched.
