Prokofiev is an outstanding composer and pianist,his piano works throughout his lifelong artistic career,"Piano Sonata No.2 in d minor"(op.14)is a masterpiece of his early piano works.In this article,the author will deeply study Prokofiev’s Piano Sonata No.2 in d minor(op.14)to understand its background and style characteristics,analyze the music ontology and music style characteristics of this work,and discuss the performance skills and piano teaching of this work.Research purpose of this thesis is to make players can better understand the prokofiev,deeply aware of the period of piano sonata creation background,thoughts and feelings,to grasp its style characteristics and the piano technique,make the emotional expression and technical performance reached the fusion,the interpretation for playing and teaching to explore the ministry works has a certain practical significance and application value.
