The electronic organ was introduced into China in the 1980s.Although it spent short time,it has developed rapidly. At first, the literature of this instrument was derived from symphonic works and a large number of original works adapted by Japanese performers and composers. In recent years, the domestic double compiled repertoire of the electric organ has gradually increased. Most of them are the reproduction of timbre and the adaptation of the orchestra score. However,as the piano works require learners to play, expand and orchestrate by themselves, and the imagination space is large but irregular, few performers have newly edited them.Taking the typical piano work‘Moonlight Sonata’ by Beethoven,a German musician,as an example, the author makes an exploratory study on the adaptation and performance of piano works on the electronic organ, starting from the four aspects of work analysis, music score editing, data processing and music performance, through the division of music movement, theme refining, structural integration, voice part design and instrument arrangement of piano works,to make the original piano solo have a new sound effect, and have rich symphonic works on the premise of preserving its musical integrity.I hope that this article can facilitate domestic electronic organ learners to explore and study the second creation and performance of piano works, and fully feel the artistic experience from basic to plenty, from nothing to something in the process.
