The Routing-exploration On The Application Of PSC To HSK

In 2020,the Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Comprehensively Strengthening the Language Work in the New Era clearly pointed out "vigorously enhance the international status and influence of Chinese,build a global Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi system,and improve the international Chinese education examination standards." In 2021,Chinese Proficiency Grading Standards for International Chinese Language Education was released,which advocated the collaborative innovation and coordinated development of testing and teaching,and required to further improve the relevance of teaching and testing in the new era,and actively develop and innovate the HSK3.0.How international Chinese education meets the requirements of the development of language and character in the new era,how to build the global Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi system,and how to develop and innovate the HSK3.0 have become the topics that need to be considered at present.Based on the general background of language and character work in the new era,this paper makes a detailed analysis of PSC and HSK,puts forward the idea of applying PSC to HSK in view of the above problems,explores the practical path of applying PSC to HSK,and puts forward a specific practical plan for the Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi for foreigners——the Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi(Category I),under the Chinese Proficiency Grading Standards for International Chinese Language Education.This paper wish to expand the research field of PSC and HSK,enrich the current PSC and HSK test system,and provide thinking for building a global Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi system,improving the international status and influence of Chinese and developing HSK3.0.First of all,the paper outlines the development process and grade outline of PSC and HSK,and understands their historical development and changes in the outline;Secondly,the paper further analyzes the characteristics of PSC and HSK by using the method of comparative study;Furthermore,the paper analyzes the feasibility of applying PSC to HSK from the support of national policies,the advantages of PSC in testing language communication ability and the room for improvement of the current HSK——the functional limitations of HSKK;Finally,with the Chinese Proficiency Grading Standards for International Chinese Language Education,the paper put forward the PSC applied to HSK,expounds the design principles of Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi(Category I),designs four sets of test,and introduces the test contents and principles in detail with the elementary Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi(Category I)as the example.
