The objective of study is to conduct an exploratory study on the change and development history of individual authenticity,to conduct an exploratory study on the effect and influence factors of intervention,and to provide an empirical support for the conclusion made by exploratory study.This kind of group tutoring is applied to interfere with the authenticity of individuals for the first time.Be able to understand the changing and developing course of individual authenticity.Be able to understand the changes and development history of individual authenticity.To provide a reference for group program design and effect evaluation of group psychological tutoring work in our country.The subjects of study 1 were 18-25-year-old university students,including 6students,3 males,and 3 females.The subjects of study 2 were 18-25-year-old people recruited from a community formed by a psychological counseling institution.A total of38 people were recruited,6 people dropped,and finally 32 people,13 males,and 19females.In the study,the narrative action research method of a combination of qualitative and quantitative research was adopted.There are two parts of the study:study 1 and study2.Study 1 uses qualitative methods to conduct an exploratory study on the changes and development history of the authenticity of group members,the effectiveness of the intervention,and influence factors.Study 2 improves the group tutoring scheme on the basis of study 1 and uses empirical methods to verify the conclusions of study 1.The specific steps were as follows:one pair of 6 subjects were given group tutoring in autobiography writing,once a week,3 hours each time,a total of 8 times,before the start,each person in the group was given an hour of pre-test interview,and within one week after the end,each person in the group was given a post-test interview for 1 hour,which was adopted to analyze the content of the members’pre-and post-test interviews,written autobiographies,and interactive recordings in the group intervention,and the changes and development of the authenticity of the group members and draw a calendar chart and then record the feelings and reflections of the researchers.In study 2,a mixed experimental design was adopted,the subjects were divided into an intervention group(15 people finally,6 males and 9 females)and a control group(17people finally,7 males and 10 females).The intervention group received a total of 8autobiography writing group tutoring once a week for 3 hours,while the control group maintained daily activities.Before the beginning of the intervention,the subjects in the intervention group and the control group were measured with the individual authenticity scale.At the end of the fourth group activity,the intervention group was asked to fill in the group efficacy factor questionnaire.After the end of the group(within one week),the intervention group submitted the authenticity scale and the group efficacy factor questionnaire,while the control group only submitted the authenticity scale.3 months later,the authenticity scale was measured in the intervention group and the control group.It is shown from the results of study 1 that the authenticity change and development history of group members belongs to the narrative form of"comedy-romance",indicating that this is a tortuous process of"forward-backward-forward".The change of authenticity of members was improved after group tutoring,showing that autobiography writing group tutoring can improve individual authenticity.It is shown from the results of study 2 that in the total score of authenticity,the main effect of time was significant,F(2,29)=14.318,P<0.001,η_p~2=0.524,the main effect of group was not significant(P>0.05),the interaction between time and group was significant,F(2,29)=12.694,P<0.001,η_p~2=0.494.Further simple effect analysis showed that the post-test in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the pre-test(P<0.001),the difference between the pre-test and the follow-up test was significant(P<0.001),and the difference between the post-test and the follow-up test was significant(P=0.042).In the control group,there were no significant differences between pre-test and post-test,pre-test and follow-up test,and post-test and follow-up test(P>0.05).In real life,the main effect of time was significant,F(2,29)=4.299,P<0.05,η_p~2=0.249,the main effect of group was not significant(P>0.05),the interaction between time and group was significant,F(2,29)=5.094,P<0.05,η_p~2=0.282.Further simple effect analysis showed that the post-test in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the pre-test(P<0.001),the difference between the pre-test and the follow-up test was significant(P<0.001),and the difference between the post-test and the follow-up test was significant(P=0.034).In the control group,there were no significant differences between pre-test and post-test,pre-test and follow-up test,and post-test and follow-up test(P>0.05).In self-distancing,the main effect of time was significant,F(2,29)=10.698,P<0.001,η2=0.451,the main effect of group was not significant(P>0.05),the interaction between time and group was significant,F(2,29)=11.328,P<0.001,η_p~2=0.421.Further simple effect analysis showed that the post-test in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the pre-test(P<0.001),the difference between the pre-test and the follow-up test was significant(P<0.001),and the difference between the post-test and the follow-up test was significant(P=0.031).In the control group,there were no significant differences between pre-test and post-test,pre-test and follow-up test,and post-test and follow-up test(P>0.05).In the acceptance of external influence,both the main effect of time and group and the interaction between time and group were not significant(P>0.05).The average score of each efficacy factor in the middle and late stages of the group was more than 4 points,indicating that all the efficacy factors appeared.There were significant differences in hope remodeling between mid-test and post-test(P=0.006),between mid-test and post-test in the expression of safe emotion(P=0.025),between mid-test and post-test in the awareness of relationship influence(P=0.009),and between mid-test and post-test in social learning((P=0.044).The order of mid-term efficacy factors was as follows:safe emotional expression>awareness of relationship influence>social learning>hope remodeling.The order of late-term efficacy factors was as follows:safe emotional expression>hope remodeling>awareness of relationship influence>social learningTo sum up,group tutoring in autobiography writing can effectively improve individual authenticity.The primary factor affecting the effectiveness of the intervention is safe emotional expression.The process of the change and development of individual authenticity as
