Music Style And Performance Interpretation Of Bamboo Flute Concerto "The Flying Song"

The Bamboo Flute Concerto "The Flying Song"(Fei Ge)was created by the famous composer Mr.Tang Jianping in 2002.The work is composed of folk songs from Southwest China.It combines rich modern music creation techniques on the basis of retaining the charm of original folk songs.A bamboo flute concerto with local color,distinctive music style and high audibility.This article is based on the author’s study of "The Flying Song",starting from the performer’s point of view,through her own performance experience to explore the topic.From the music creation characteristics of the work,the integration of traditional music elements and contemporary works,analyze the characteristics of the music form and bamboo flute performance techniques.The author will look for the connection between music style and performance interpretation,explore the application of folk song elements in contemporary bamboo flute works,analyze the causal relationship between sheet marks musical expression,and learn how to maximize the performance of contemporary flute works.It restores the composer’s creative intentions and embodies the musical expressiveness of the bamboo flute.The author will use the interviews with the composer,the experience during the learning period and the relevant literature reading as the starting point,based on the previous researches,to conduct an in-depth analysis of this piece,and provide the reference for the performance of this work.
