Current Situation And Strategic Choices Of Enterprises Participating In The Construction Of International Chinese Education Digital Resource

Driven by the twin wheels of transformation and digital technology in the development of international Chinese language education,the construction of digital resources has become an important support for the high-quality development of international Chinese language education.Enterprises have unique advantages in the construction of international Chinese digital resources and are the main force in the construction of international Chinese education digital resources.The participation of enterprises can give full play to the role of the market in resource allocation,improve the quality of international Chinese language education digital resources,promote the market-oriented development of international Chinese language education,enhance the economic value of Chinese language education and reap Chinese dividends.How to play the role of enterprises,stimulate their vitality and cultivate a new business model for international Chinese language education is of great significance to the high-quality development of international Chinese language education.This paper investigates 151 enterprises that participate in the construction of digital resources for international Chinese education,comprehensively investigates the regional and industry distribution of enterprises,the digital resources provided by enterprises,and the modes and characteristics of enterprises participating in construction.The study has several main findings: 1.The enterprises involved in the construction of international Chinese education digital resources are mainly domestic enterprises,but many foreign enterprises are also involved,and in the industry distribution,science and technology promotion and application services,software and information technology service enterprises are the mainstay.2.Enterprises participate in the construction of digital resources in an all-round way,and provide a variety of digital resources,including online courses,digital books and digital applications,etc.,with rich content and considerable scale.3.The various modes of enterprise participation can be divided into three categories: independent operation model,bilateral cooperation mode and multi-party cooperation mode according to the nature of the cooperative subject,including “enterprise self-operation”,“enterprise +enterprise cooperation”,“enterprise + university cooperation”,“enterprise +university + individual cooperation”,“enterprise + university + government”cooperation,“enterprise + university +Non-profit organizations cooperation”,“enterprise +university+ government+ Non-profit organizations cooperation”,“enterprise + university+ government+ Non-profit organizations cooperation +individual cooperation”.4.The characteristics of enterprise participation in construction are distinct,which are specifically manifested in the cooperation model,profit-oriented,taking into account social welfare,and combining direct participation and indirect participation.5.Different enterprises have differences in the types of digital resources provided and participation modes according to their own advantages and characteristics.Based on the survey,the article conducts a SWOT analysis of enterprises’ participation in the construction of international digital resources for Chinese language education,analyzing the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of enterprises’ participation in the construction of international digital resources for Chinese language.Selects Beijing Language and Culture University Press,Beijing Tang Chinese Education & Technology Ltd.and i FLYTEK Co.,Ltd.for case analysis.These three companies have their own strengths and weaknesses,and face different opportunities and challenges.Beijing Language and Culture University Press should choose the Growth strategy+Diversified business strategy(SO+ST),Beijing Tang Chinese Education & Technology Ltd.should choose the Diversified business strategy(ST)competition strategy,and i FLYTEK Co.,Ltd.should choose the Growth strategy(SO).Finally,from the macro,meso and micro levels,suggestions are made to the government,industry and enterprises,with a view to creating a better external environment for enterprises to participate in the construction of international Chinese language education digital resources,stimulating their participation and jointly creating high-quality digital resources for international Chinese language education.
