| This study attempts to explore the current situation of English class teaching management in the form of quantitative observation,to understand the needs of students in English class,and to investigate the incentive mechanism.Based on the above analysis,this paper analyzes and summarizes the application of incentive mechanism in senior high school English class management,and puts forward some effective suggestions.Based on the summary of other studies,this study mainly carried out the following aspects of research:(1)Research background,research content,research purposes and significance and research methods.(2)The theoretical basis of this paper,including the definition of incentive and other related concepts and the review of related literature.(3)Through the observation of the class,the study summed up the needs of students and teachers’ incentive methods,combining with the questionnaire survey and interviews to systematically summarize the current incentive methods.(4)The author try to set up a set of incentive mechanism,and implement it in the experimental class.In the process of implementation,the author keep observing in class,find out the problems in the incentive mechanism in time,and correct them.Finally,with the development of the study,the incentive mechanism was made perfect constantly,and become a set of complete and scientific incentive mechanism.(5)This part mainly focuses on the attribution analysis of the problems existing in the application of incentive mechanism in senior high school English class teaching management.(6)Make some countermeasures for Problems in the Application of Incentive Mechanism in Senior English Classroom Management.(7)Draw a conclusion of this paper and propose the direction of future development.Through empirical research,we find that there are obvious differences between the experimental class and the control class.The following goals can be achieved by using the incentive mechanism in English class management in senior high schools:(1)Arouse students’ interest in English learning and let them actively participate in English class.(2)According to the actual situation of students,take pertinent incentive strategies to improve the effectiveness of class teaching management;(3)Provide effective suggestions for senior high school English teachers to improve class teaching management. |
