On The Formal Meaning In Alika's Figurative Painting

With the development of painting to the present,various forms and styles have emerged.Paintings are always inseparable from formal meaning and aesthetic emotion,but also need the accumulation of life experience.Exploring personal formal meaning in creation is the only way for artists,and their aesthetic emotions will be presented through formal meaning.The different interpretations of art critics Roger Fry and Bell have gradually improved the meaningful form,and Greenberg’s interpretation of formal aesthetics has pushed the formal aesthetics to a new peak.This paper analyzes the formal meaning embodied in Arika’s figurative paintings by studying the theory of formal meaning,and combines Alika’s own experience and changes in thought,from the perspective of macro observation,fragmented composition,and unique color tones.Analyze the four aspects of airy brushstrokes.My creation is influenced by Alika’s formal implication.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and creative practice,I expound the formal implication in my creation.
