Research On The Cultural Construction Of Lhasa Ojietang Community Under The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

With the rapid and high-quality development of China’s economy and the continuous acceleration of urbanization,community as an important part of urban social and economic development,strengthening the construction of urban community is crucial,community culture construction as the main part of urban community,in the construction of a new era of social governance model,to create a harmonious society and other aspects of the important role,with the structure of urban communities becoming more and more complex,community residents demand more and more,the existing community culture construction work can no longer meet the growing cultural needs of the majority of residents,How to carry out the cultural construction of urban communities has gradually become an important issue in social governance.Based on the theory of collaborative governance and social governance,this paper uses interview method,literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method,and takes the Lhasa Ojietang community as the research object,and conducts in-depth research on the current cultural construction of the community of Ojietang community in Lhasa from multiple perspectives such as community cultural activities,community cultural services,community cultural management,and the overall satisfaction and influencing factors of the residents of the Ojietang community on community cultural construction,and combines the data such as the statistical yearbook of Lhasa Chengguan District.It is found that there are problems in the process of cultural construction in the Ojietang community in Lhasa,such as community insufficient attention to cultural construction,low degree of diversification of community culture construction subjects,lack of a perfect pluralistic collaborative governance mechanism,and lack of professional talents in community cultural construction,and on the basis of reviewing literature and theoretical analysis,it is proposed that the Ojietang community of Lhasa City should establish a correct concept of collaborative governance of community culture construction in the process of cultural construction.Strengthen the importance that all entities attach to community cultural construction,actively guide the extensive participation of community residents,and build a more comprehensive pattern of multi-subject co-construction of community culture construction by broadening the diversified supply methods of community cultural construction,encouraging social forces to participate in community cultural construction,improving the multi-subject coordination mechanism for community cultural construction and the supervision and management mechanism for community cultural construction,and improving the performance evaluation mechanism for community cultural construction.Strengthen the construction of community culture and the construction of professional talent teams and other optimization strategies that are in line with the actual situation of community cultural construction in Ojietang in Lhasa.
