Since the Professional Education Law of the People’s Republic of China was promulgated in 1996,my country has made clear regulations on the legal status of higher vocational education and higher vocational colleges for the first time.In 2011,the Ministry of Education passed documents such as "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Coordinated Development of Medium and Higher Vocational Education" and "Several Opinions on Promoting the Innovation of Higher Vocational Education Reform and Innovation Leading the Scientific Development of Vocational Education".Higher vocational education of the world level and Chinese characteristics has further deepened the awareness of higher vocational education based on improving the quality of education.In 2022,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Vocational Education Law of the People’s Republic of China",which once again made clear stipulation on the goal of training high-quality skill-type talents in higher vocational colleges.With a skill-oriented society,it is particularly important to promote the comprehensive ability of higher vocational colleges to strengthen the comprehensive ability of higher vocational colleges.Carrying out public music courses is an important way and means for higher vocational colleges to conduct aesthetic education and comprehensive development of students.In recent years,various colleges and universities have added various types of music-oriented courses.There are unevenness and cannot play the function of music education.This article uses four vocational colleges in Chongqing University City as a survey and research object.After inspecting a large number of literature and materials,conducting in-depth investigations of teachers and students of higher vocational colleges,it is found
