Northeast Culture Society is the highest cultural organization in Northeast China established after Zhang Xueliang’s administration.In past studies,Northeast Culture Society was mostly regarded by researchers as a Northeast academic group in the first half of the20 th century,but it was not noticed that the characteristic of Northeast Culture Society is that it is different from other academic groups such as Northeast Culture Society,with strong political connotations behind it.The Northeast Culture Society was deeply influenced by the Fengshi Group from its establishment to its development,to its reorganization and termination.In fact,the Northeast Culture Society was founded by the Fengshi Group headed by Zhang Xueliang.In terms of organization,the Society has successively existed as the Northeast Security Headquarters and the highest cultural organ directly under the Northeast Administrative Committee.In terms of organization,the society expanded its branches with the political expansion of the Fengshi Group.After the Central Plains War,it successively expanded the Beiping Culture Society and the Tianjin Culture Society.In terms of personnel,political celebrities and news talents from the Northeast participated.Zhang Xueliang was the initial president of the Northeast Culture Society,and his core staff,Zhu Guangmu,Shen Nengyi,and Zou Shangyou,actually operated.In fact,the Northeast Culture Society has both the functions of controlling news and collecting information.Zhao Xinyan evaluated the agency as the "headquarters" in the northeast news battlefield.In the press,it functions as both a public opinion management agency and an official news agency.During the Zhongdong Road incident,the agency was particularly active as the wartime propaganda department of the Feng clan..After the September 18 th Incident,the Northeast Culture Society,known as the "anti Japanese anti Japanese organization," was first occupied by the Japanese army.On the one hand,the Japanese invaders stole the name of the Northeast Culture Society,appointed Zhao Xinbo as its president,organized the fake Fengtian City Culture Committee,and controlled the public opinion circles in Shenyang.On the other hand,the staff of the Northeast Culture Society successively withdrew and entered the customs,and was reorganized by Zhang Xueliang as the Deputy Commander in Chief of Peiping’s Camp Intelligence Office to continue to serve the Northeast Army and contribute to the fight against Japanese invaders.This article consists of five parts.The first part focuses on the reasons for the establishment of the Northeast Culture Society by the Fengshi Group from a political perspective.The second part studies the construction of the Northeast Culture Society itself,including organizational structure,institutional construction,and personnel composition.The third part discusses and studies the cultural related activities of the Northeast Culture Society.The fourth part studies and reveals the news and intelligence activities of the Northeast Culture Society.The fifth part is the summary of the article,which explores and summarizes the nature of the Northeast Culture Society,thereby evaluating the Northeast Relief Society.
