Traditional opera is an integral part of Chinese traditional music,and the opera troupe is the carrier of its inheritance and development.This paper takes Pingliang Qin Opera Troupe as the object of investigation and research,and the text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is mainly to sort out the history of the Qin Opera troupe in Pingliang.The first chapter is to introduce the geographical location and historical background of Pingliang.Pingliang was the land of the Western Qin Dynasty in ancient times,and it was a fortress on the Silk Road.From the historical origin of the introduction of Qinqiang Opera into Pingliang,Pingliang Qin Opera Troupe has a strong historical foundation.The second chapter is an overall overview of the structure,operation and performance of the theater company.The history of the theater company for nearly one hundred years bears the local cultural memory.This chapter summarizes the survival and development of the theater company through the investigation and research of the reform of the functional system of the theater company,the composition of the personnel,the composition of the band,the repertory,the economic operation and the performance of various kinds of operas.The third chapter mainly investigates three representative figures in the early 20 th century,the middle 20 th century and the early 21 st century.With the development of The Times,the succession of the troupe has also changed.It is because the troupe has such a solid core figure in each period that it has developed so far.The fourth chapter reveals the survival significance of the Qin Opera Troupe in Pingliang City through the investigation of the troupe’s ability to satisfy the spiritual life of the local people and its role in the traditional etiquette and customs and various social values.Kongtong Mountain source culture,ancient Chengji root seeking culture,Western Queen Mother ancient culture,Huangfumi medical culture,long history,diverse geographical environment,determine the richness and diversity of Pingliang folk customs.Under the unique geographical location and rich historical culture,the traditional rites and customs activities and the spiritual needs of farmers at that time provided a relatively stable living space,which enabled the troupe to have a history of nearly 100 years.The author hopes to leave a record for the troupe with a history of nearly 100 years through this investigation and research,and also hopes that the troupe can go further and develop better.
