| The "Inverted Sheep’s Horn" dance is a characteristic performance project in the fire of Gaotai County Folk Society in Gansu Province,which is nurtured by the unique local regional environment and strong humanistic atmosphere,continuing the blood and spirit of excellent traditional culture.Nowadays,although the state vigorously calls for the excavation and protection of intangible cultural heritage,with the rapid development of social economy,the "Inverted Sheep’s Horn" dance is still facing the current situation of weakening the performance form and losing the traditional charm,and it has been found that the relevant literature is also extremely scarce in actual research.Therefore,with the purpose of promoting the traditional culture of the hometown,this paper studies the art form and cultural connotation of the "Inverted Sheep’s Horn" dance.Firstly,the geographical environment and historical evolution of Gaotai County,the distribution of villages and development status of the "Inverted Sheep’s Horn" dance were sorted out,and it was found that in history,the Gaotai area was located at the junction of the Central Plains and the rule of ethnic minority regimes,and the territorial grabbing caused a situation of many wars and disputes,and the mixed ethnic population promoted Buddhism and other diverse cultures to take root here,which had a far-reaching impact on folk art forms,and the "inverted sheep’s horn" dance was mainly spread in the Xinba Township in the mountainous area,and the mountain range between the villages led to differences in the content and form of circulation.Secondly,after several field investigations,the performance mechanism and costume character characteristics of the "inverted sheep’s horn" dance in Hongyazi Village,Biangou Village and Nuanquan Village in Gaotai County were compared and analyzed one by one,and the typical dance domains,field map trajectories and other fields were presented in detail.Finally,on this basis,we further explore the connotation of folk culture contained in it,and find that the emergence and development of "Inverted Sheep’s Horn" dance is deeply influenced by agricultural culture,religious culture and Wu culture,and the movements,costumes,props,formations,etc.in dance performance are all external manifestations of cultural concepts and customs and beliefs,from which we can further interpret the expression of cultural concepts,beliefs and ideas it contains.Therefore,the investigation of the art form of "Inverted Sheep’s Horn" dance,the analysis of cultural connotation,and the exploration of social functions are unavoidable issues that fundamentally promote its protection and future development. |
