Study On The Image Construction Of Traditional Handicraft Documentary

In the era of new media technology,the audience can intuitively feel the unique charm of Intangible cultural heritage by using images to present the ancient traditional handicrafts that are on the verge of being lost,thus playing a role in protecting and inheriting the traditional handicrafts.In recent years,documentaries based on traditional handicrafts have become increasingly diverse in their creative techniques and thematic content,leading to issues of sensationalism and homogenization of creative techniques.This article explores these issues and summarizes the creative laws of traditional handicraft themed documentaries.If a single narrative technique is used to create a documentary,it will inevitably lead to a dull or emotional dilemma.The integration of multiple narrative methods avoids visual fatigue caused by monotonous narrative structures and perspectives.On this basis,the rational use of audio-visual language enriches the creative content,making the image of craftsmen more vivid and full,and giving warmth to the entire documentary.In combination with Fengning Manchu folk craft Teng’s cloth paste painting,the creation analysis is carried out to explore the cultural heritage of the ancient craft Teng’s cloth paste painting,show the exquisite skills of Teng’s cloth paste painting art,and explore the craftsman spirit of a new generation of inheritors Hao Ruxiang who strives for perfection and pursues innovation.This article starts from the concept of traditional handicraft themed documentaries,explores the characteristics of traditional handicraft themed documentaries,and sorts out the development context of traditional handicraft themed documentaries.Firstly,a detailed exploration is conducted from the narrative perspective,structure,and techniques of traditional handicraft themed documentaries,linking different narrative structures.Secondly,starting from the visual language of traditional handicraft themed documentaries,this paper systematically analyzes shooting techniques,montage art,visual and auditory elements,and explores the relationship between visual and auditory language.Finally,analyze the image construction of my personal work " Teng’s cloth paste painting " from three aspects: creative background,narrative techniques,and image expression.Through the suspense setting of the story and the control of the story rhythm,it helps the audience to clarify the development of the story,create a vivid image of traditional Artisan,enrich the feelings of craftsmen,and enhance the visibility of the whole film.Summarize the creative characteristics of documentaries based on traditional handicraft techniques,and combine image narrative and language to explore the cultural connotations behind Teng’s cloth paste painting images,exploring the profound regional culture and national spirit contained in traditional handicraft techniques.
