| The emergence of wine can be traced back to the Neolithic Age,and there are various theories about the origin of wine making, including Yidi wine making,Dukang wine making, and Monkey wine making.According to the large number of bronze wine vessels unearthed from the Yin Shang cultural relics,it can be inferred that at least during the Shang and Zhou dynasties, the trend of brewing and drinking alcohol began to prevail. At this time, there were also many records of wine in cultural classics, and the poem "Rolling Ears" in the Book of Songs was the pioneer of Chinese wine literature.Ci Fu literature also had articles related to alcohol at the beginning of its birth, and the earliest Fu works that focused on alcohol emerged in the Western Han Dynasty.Afterwards, wine fu became one of the writing topics in various dynasties’ fu works, and was repeatedly created by fu writers, reaching its peak in quantity in the Qing Dynasty.Based on the "General Collection of Ci and Fu from Previous Dynasties",combined with literature such as "Collection of Ci and Fu from Previous Dynasties" and "Fu Hai Da Guan",the author has compiled a total of 430 wine poems from the Han Dynasty to the end of the Qing Dynasty. These works have a wide range of content, diverse genres, and rich cultural and philosophical connotations, adding a unique chapter with the spirit of poetry and wine to the creation of Fu style, and also providing a literary perspective for the study of ancient wine culture.Based on these chapters, this article is divided into four chapters to explore the wine poems of previous dynasties. The first chapter elaborates on the development and changes of liquor fu from a diachronic perspective, dividing it into four historical periods: Han,Wei,Six Dynasties,Tang,Song,Liao,Jin,Yuan,Ming, and Qing.It introduces the overview of each period’s liquor fu,and grasps the inheritance and new changes that liquor fu has brought to its predecessors at different stages. The development and evolution of liquor fu are related to many factors such as the brewing of liquor itself, the customs and culture of liquor in various historical periods, the existing writing patterns of previous generations of liquor fu writers, and the development and changes of ci fu literature itself. Therefore, the texts of liquor fu also have a strong imprint of the times. The second chapter discusses the theme of wine fu creation, summarizing four common themes: the prosperity of ceremonies, the joy of drinking, the harm of excessive drinking, and wine and wine vessels, and exploring them separately. The theme of the ceremony includes the wine ceremony in the "Five Rites" of sacrifice, burial, military service, guests, and wedding crowns, among which sacrifice, rural drinking ceremony, drinking ceremony, and banquet ceremony are the most commonly used in wine poems. The exploration of the pleasure of drinking and the harm of excessive drinking has been throughout the history of alcohol poetry, and both often exist in the same poetry. The theme of wine singing is to sing about the wine itself and the numerous categories of fine wine. The number of wine vessels in various dynasties is considerable, including exquisite wine vessels used by nobles and nobles,as well as ordinary wine vessels commonly found in the streets and alleys, and often containing the author’s feelings about life and destiny. The third chapter analyzes the cultural connotations of Jiufu, which can be divided into three aspects: Jiufu and the praise of saints,Jiufu and economic society, and Jiufu and philosophy of life. There are many records of the specific processes and scenes of various ceremonial ceremonies in the wine poems with etiquette themes, which are often more detailed and rich than historical records, and ultimately come down to praising the country and its state. The description of brewing production and drinking customs can also reveal one end of ancient wine culture. In addition, the wine poems reveal the philosophy of ancient literati and officials, their attitude towards fame, fortune, and personal fate is evident in their drinking attitudes. The fourth chapter mainly explores the artistic characteristics of the wine fu text.Wine,a unique beverage, brings a naive and romantic spirit to Jiufu, making its works full of mysterious and colorful qualities. The attitudes of different fu schools towards drinking, their views on human life and destiny, endow wine fu with an inherent dual coexistence structure, which contains the influence of both Taoist and Confucian ideas. The accumulation of a large number of cultural allusions endows the wine prose with elegant and exquisite features, enhances the persuasiveness of the prose, and makes the work not only romantic and unrestrained, but also implicit and imaginative. The time span of alcohol tax in previous dynasties is large, involving a wide range of fields. But overall, its core content is nothing more than two aspects: using wine as a gift and using wine as joy.Etiquette and entertainment were two important contents of ancient society, and the carrying capacity of the two, especially the recording and description of etiquette, was unparalleled in other alcoholic literature. |
