| In the Opinions on Further Strengthening the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage issued in August 2021,the State Council of China emphasised that safeguarding and promoting intangible cultural heritage is vital to sustaining and developing ethnic sentiments.Intangible cultural heritage represents the long history and culture of China,and also symbolises the unity and closeness between ethnic groups.The intangible cultural heritage resources of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region contain the imprint of multi-ethnic exchanges and interactions,and in the age of globalisation,there are opportunities and challenges for the development of the intangible cultural heritage of the traditional arts in Inner Mongolia.The protection and transmission of intangible cultural heritage helps to preserve historical traditions,enhance ethnic cultural pride,promote ethnic unity and development,and provide a milestone for building a strong socialist cultural state.This paper focuses on the interpretation of the characteristics and protection measures of the intangible cultural heritage of traditional arts in Inner Mongolia.Through the latest results of domestic and foreign research on intangible cultural heritage of traditional arts,as well as the analysis of the four-level list system of intangible cultural heritage of traditional arts in Inner Mongolia in terms of region,type and age of inheritors,and comparison with the intangible cultural heritage of traditional arts in other ethnic minority regions in China,we have sorted out a The unique features and universality of the intangible cultural heritage of traditional arts in ethnic minority regions.The analysis reveals that the intangible cultural heritage of the Inner Mongolian traditional arts is mainly passed down from family to family,with artistic expressions rich in Mongolian characteristics and unique production techniques.Through the study of the characteristics of the intangible cultural heritage of Inner Mongolia’s traditional art category,three problems are outlined: the loss of inheritors,uneven regional development and insufficient digital protection.Through a comparative analysis of three typical projects,theoretical and practical considerations are made in three directions,focusing on the integrated development of ICH and tourism,strengthening the protection of inheritors and digital protection,and proposing countermeasures and ideas on the protection of ICH with regional characteristics in Inner Mongolia,such as establishing digital museums of ICH,digital products of ICH,ICH industrial parks,integrated development of ICH and tourism,and driving poverty alleviation. |
