As a traditional painting form,Chinese meticulous brushwork has a history of thousands of years,which has undergone changes and inheritance,but before the 1980 s,the painting style of Chinese meticulous brushwork figure painting was basically consistent with that of traditional Chinese painting,and the expression techniques have been continuing the traditional techniques and steps.With the reform and opening up,China’s economic and social development and the improvement of people’s living standards,spiritual demands are also further increased.The opening of the country also makes people accept the impact of Western cultural and artistic thoughts,and people’s aesthetic forms are greatly affected.Contemporary meticulous figure painting pays more attention to the use of texture,even reflected in the artist’s artistic thought,artistic style,aesthetic orientation and other aspects.However,at present,the texture language that absorbs a large number of Western expression techniques is frequently used by creators,showing a trend of overflowing.The author tries to capture the era connotation and aesthetic trend of contemporary meticulous figure painting creation from "the artistic value of the texture language in meticulous figure painting",explore the limitations and excellent characteristics of contemporary meticulous figure painting creation,and carry out a thorough and reasonable application in the future creation career.
