Takashi Yoshimatsu is a contemporary world-class non-academic composer.The Fifth Symphony is a large-scale mid-stage work created by Yoshimatsu.Among his many works,the Fifth Symphony is quite representative.In this work,the use of its unique musical language style,unconventional use of conventional instruments,the overall tone concept and other creative techniques,to show a full of vitality of the artistic image.His works are mainly composed in traditional style,and incorporate modern composing techniques with personal style.The music style is varied.This paper will analyze the composition techniques of the four movements of the work,study the music development and change trajectory and technique composition contained in the work,summarize its main creative characteristics,refine its creation rules,and then draw lessons and inspiration from Takashi Yoshimatsu’s personalized symphony creation.The full text is composed of introduction,three chapters and conclusion.The introduction part mainly clarifies the topic of this thesis basis,research methods,research results and significance;The first chapter analyzes the theme characteristics of each movement of the Fifth Symphony and the morphological changes of each theme material in the development of the movement,and summarizes them.The second chapter starts from the pitch technique from the Angle of method characteristics,the unique technique composition in the works is analyzed,and the regularity of pitch is explored from the composer’s mode of composing thinking.Chapter three analyzes Symphony No.5 from the perspective of musical structure and sound characteristics,and summarizes the rules of its creation.The conclusion part summarizes the content of the full text.
