Analysis And Study On The Music Characteristics And Singing Of The Aria "The Dying Man" From The Musical "The Destruction Of Opium At Humen

Humen tobacco eradication as a major historical event in modern China,it awakens the patriotic consciousness of the Chinese people,shows the determination of the Chinese nation against foreign aggression,and protects the dignity and interests of the Chinese nation,so it is worthy of being remembered by every son and son of the Chinese nation.The original Chinese musical "Humen Smoke Control" is created and adapted from this historical event.It tells the story of Lin Zexu’s emotional interaction with the hero A Zhong and many other people when she is searching for the secret method of smoking control,and finally succeeds in destroying the smoke.Dying Man is the representative ribe of the hero A Zhong in the musical Humen Smokeout.This work expresses the inner monologue of the hero A Zhong as a civilian hero before his death through the deep and beautiful musical melody and the complex and changeable mode rhythm,and the patriotic spirit that he is willing to dedicate to the national rejuvenation and national security in the end.And a strong sense of national identity and a great national spirit.This thesis takes "Dying Man",the representative ribe of the hero A Zhong in the musical "Humen Smoke Out" as the research object,and explores the musical characteristics and singing analysis of "Dying Man" through the following three chapters.The first chapter,through literature review of the musical "Humen Smoke" creation process,plot overview,songwriters introduction and character positioning are summarized,in order to grasp the musical creation background and cultural generation context of the whole musical;The second chapter uses music analysis method to analyze the musical characteristics of "Dying Man" from the three aspects of musical structure,melody form and expression of lyrics,which lays a foundation for the subsequent singing treatment of this paragraph.In Chapter 3,based on my own singing practice and performance experience,the author analyzes the singing skills of "Dying Man" from three aspects: the use of breath,the processing of words and the singing of mixed voices,and grasses the emotional expression of "A Zhong" in "Dying Man" from the aspects of singing emotions and emotional processing,role positioning and stage performance.It provides some theoretical support and academic reference for the author to perform the work better in the graduation concert of the master’s degree,and also contributes to the further development of Chinese original musicals and the promotion of traditional music culture.
