As a classic repertoire of Liyuan Opera,Liyuan Opera ’ Chen San Wu Niang ’ is still enduring.Liyuan opera ’ Chen San Wu Niang’ reflects the progressive thought of advocating freedom of marriage to break the feudal shackles through a pair of young men and women ’s free love stories.The characters are typical and exquisite,and the plot structure is inherited and transformed.Its artistic vitality is self-evident.Therefore,from the perspective of the adaptation of the dance drama form of Liyuan opera ’ Chen San Wu Niang ’,this paper takes carrying forward the spirit of the original drama as the premise,through the analysis of the practical process of the form adaptation,explores the re-creation strategy of the theme,text structure and character image of Liyuan opera ’Chen San Wu Niang ’ by the small dance drama ’ Li Yu Jing ’ and ’ Li Yu Jing ’,in order to sublimate the theme,reconstruct the plot text and reshape the character image as a way to complete the re-creation of the internal and external forms of Liyuan opera ’ Chen San Wu Niang ’,to explore the adaptation of dance drama under the contemporary background,and to provide the adaptation ideas for the dance drama form of Liyuan opera ’ Chen San Wu Niang ’.
