The ten years from the fifth year of the Qing calendar(1045)to the first year of the Zhihe(1054)were the second period of debasement in Ouyang Xiu’s life.After the failure of the Qingli New Deal and his demotion to Chuzhou,Ouyang Xiu began to turn to the landscape for solace,thus leaving a fruitful mark on poetry.From the perspective of literary geography,studying Ouyang Xiu’s poems during his ten-year period of hardship can fully display the geographical space created by Ouyang Xiu’s poetry,and at the same time understand his true life.The article is divided into four parts,the first chapter focuses on analyzing the reasons for Ouyang Xiu’s debasement,and at the same time combing his ten-year trapped behavior.Ouyang Xiu was demoted to Chuzhou in the fifth year of the Qing calendar and began a decade of travel,during which he traveled through the four regions of Chuzhou,Yangzhou,Yingzhou,and Yingtianfu,and the article extracted the geographical elements in the poems of these four places in the "Collected Scholars" and "Collections of Laymen" through the method of geography,clearly showing the diverse geographical space of Ouyang Xiu’s poetry creation,laying the foundation for the following analysis.The second chapter mainly focuses on the combing and analysis of the four geospatial elements of Chuzhou,Yangzhou,Yingzhou and Yingtianfu,Ouyang Xiu’s works revolve around the landscape of Langya Mountain and Fengshan Mountain in the Chuzhou period,Pingshan Hall and the gathering of scribes occupy the center of poetry in the Yangzhou period,and Yingzhou West Lake and Juxingtang are talked about by posterity.The analysis of geospatial elements shows the connotation of Ouyang Xiu’s poetry creation from a new perspective,and comprehensively displays the living environment of Ouyang Xiu during his ten-year siege.Chapter 3 mainly examines the changes and characteristics of Ouyang Xiu’s mentality under geospatial transformation.Based on Ouyang Xiu’s poems expressing the will of the state of mind written during his travels around the four places,the article explores the two characteristics of his mentality as an active depreciation and the trapping of the master,which highlights Ouyang Xiu’s spiritual will and life experience in the migration of the Song Dynasty,and has an impact on the ideological research of the literati of the Song Dynasty.The fourth chapter explores the meaning and value of Ouyang Xiu’s ten-year obsession with poetry,and studies the reasons for the changes in poetry style and the influence on the local area from the perspective of literary geography,showing the literary geographical value of Ouyang Xiu’s poetry.
