In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to people’s mental health.Mental health is an essential part of the "healthy China strategy".However,with the rapid development of globalization and diversification,Chinese enterprises are experiencing the pains of innovation,reform and transformation under various pressures.They gradually turn "overtime work","internal work" and "996" into the work norm,hoping that employees can create value continuously like "machines".The selfawareness of contemporary people is gradually awakening,and the pursuit of life is not only on the level of material economy,but also pay more attention to spiritual satisfaction and self-value.When the conflict with enterprises occurs,it will not only express dissatisfaction in a negative way,but also produce anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,which will seriously affect their mental health.Therefore,the relationship between the two is discussed from the perspectives of enterprises and individuals,and the benign interaction mode that is conducive to both the growth and happiness of employees and the healthy development of enterprises is explored.Based on social exchange theory and self-determination theory,this study explores the relationship between organizational support,psychological capital and mental health of employees in enterprises,and conducts an intervention experiment.Research one,Using the Perceived organizational Support Scale,the psychological Capital Scale and the General Mental Health Scale to measure the in-service employees of Enterprise A,discuss the relationship between perceived organizational support,psychological capital and mental health of employees in the enterprise,and verify that psychological capital plays an intermediary role in the impact of perceived organizational support on mental health.Research two,On the basis of the first study,12 employees in Enterprise A were selected as the experimental group through open recruitment and voluntary registration,and the selection was conducted based on comprehensive consideration of employee gender,age,rank and other aspects,basically covering the types of employees.In addition,12 members of the control group were selected and controlled from the dimensions of department,age,gender,rank,etc.,to minimize the experimental error caused by additional variables.The group auxiliary activity plan was designed for psychological capital,and intervention was carried out in the experimental group.The scale was measured according to the sequence of pre-test,post-test and follow-up test,and the improvement effect of psychological capital group counseling on psychological capital and mental health was explored.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The perceived organizational support is positively correlated with mental health.Is positively correlated with psychological capital;Psychological capital is positively correlated with mental health.(2)Psychological capital of enterprise employees plays a complete mediating role between perceived organizational support and mental health.(3)Psychological capital group counseling can effectively improve the mental health status of enterprise employees by improving the level of psychological capital,and the effect is still maintained after one month.
