Research On Farmers’ Subjectivity Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The rural revitalization strategy is an important strategic link for comprehensive poverty alleviation,and the overall starting point for solving the "three rural" issues in the new era.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization for the first time,and made important arrangements for the overall requirements and practical path of the strategy of rural revitalization.The "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on the Implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy" clearly put forward the basic principle of "adhering to the dominant status of farmers",requiring"full respect for the wishes of farmers,and earnestly playing the role of farmers in rural revitalization.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify" The question of who will revitalize the village is the logical starting point for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.This article is to analyze the performance of the farmers’ subjectivity in the process of road greening by the villagers of M Village,focusing on the interests of farmers,the relationship between cadres and the group,and the trust of farmers in the grassroots government.In many aspects,it analyzes the in-depth reasons for the insignificant role of farmers in participating in rural public affairs,and the lack of awareness of farmers’ participation.Taking the overall requirements of rural revitalization as the starting point,and insisting on farmers’ subjectivity as the starting point Logic main line,in-depth analysis of the issue of the subjectivity of farmers in Village M.The subjectivity of farmers refers to the creative ability,active role and master status displayed by farmers in the practice of rural revitalization.That is to say,in the process of rural revitalization,it is shown to be autonomous rather than conformed participation,active rather than passive participation,active rather than random participation,free rather than restricted participation,and purposeful participation.Rather than blind participation and other characteristics.The current academic circles have conducted certain researches on the subject types of rural revitalization,farmers’ participation in rural revitalization,and farmers’ subjectivity in rural revitalization,and many results have been achieved.However,most scholars’ research on the subjectivity of farmers stays at a relatively macro level.In view of this,the thesis will use case studies and in-depth interviews,comprehensively using governance theory,participatory development theory,and rational choice theory,which will give a great impact on village M.Research on the subjectivity of farmers in road greening construction.The thesis starts from the three stages of provincial road greening,starting from the participating farmers,the village party branch,and village cadres,and through the description of the early,mid and late events of the provincial road greening in Village M,it explores the status quo and reasons of the farmers’ subjectivity.And the solution path,etc.,trying to provide an effective path choice for village M in the revitalization of the village,to give full play to the main role of farmers.The thesis is mainly composed of three parts.The first part is the first chapter,which is the introduction part;the second part is the second,third,and fourth chapters,mainly discussing the behavioral choices of farmers in the process of road greening in Village M,resulting in farmers’subjectivity Analysis of the reasons why the role is not strong and the main status of the farmers is not obvious;the third part is the fifth chapter,which mainly provides path options for how to enhance the main body of the farmers in M Village.The paper found that in the process of the greening of the provincial roads in Village M,farmers had negative participation behaviors due to their interests;driven by interests,the behavior of farmers spontaneously organized to plant pine trees on the river beach received a positive response from the majority of villagers;This concludes that the participation of farmers in village M in rural public affairs is still to a certain extent centered on interests.The paper further analyzes and finds that the tension in the relationship between the cadres and the group in Village M has also caused the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in rural affairs to a certain extent.The imperfect construction of the rural cadre team ignores the improvement of relations with farmers,and is ignored in the field of rural public discourse.This part of the group of farmers who have been out for work and study for a long time led to the phenomenon of lack of subjectivity of farmers in M Village.From the perspective of improving the ability of the basic-level party organization and building a rural community,the article provides a feasible path to give full play to the subjectivity of farmers in the rural revitalization of Village M.
