At present,the issue of labor disputes in society is prominent.There are a large number of labor dispute lawsuits every year,and the litigants have blind litigation,which causes the court to face a lot of invalid litigation and repeated interpretation of the law.Allowing the litigants to understand the pre-procedures for labor disputes,related laws,cases and prosecution costs before litigation can effectively alleviate the contradiction between the growing litigation cases and the shortage of judicial resources.This thesis proposes a litigation assessment system for labor disputes.The system can judge whether litigants meet the prosecution conditions of labor dispute litigation,provide the corresponding cause of action,relevant law and the judgment of past cases,which help litigants to make decisions whether to bing a lawsuit and assist the judge’s trial work at the same time.This thesis analyzes the requirements of litigation assessment from the perspective of business logic,divides the system modules according to the requirements analysis and establishes the system implementation plan.The litigation assessment system is divided into litigation condition detection module,cause of action prediction module,law prediction module,case retrieval module and cost calculation module.The development of the system adopts the front-end and back-end separation methods based on the browser/server architecture.The front-end system uses the Vue.js framework based on the MVVM model,and the back-end system uses Spring Boot and Flask frameworks.The thesis main work is that through the web crawler,the system obtains the referee document data to construct a corpus,uses the convolutional neural network to train the cause of action prediction model,and uses the fast Text framework to train the law prediction model.And Elasticsearch is used to realize the case retrieval function.In the testing phase,the prediction model was evaluated.And interface testing,functional testing and pressure testing were performed on the system.The test results were in line with expectations.In the deployment phase,the front-end system,back-end system and database are deployed in separate Docker containers.The litigation assessment system can help the litigants to identify and avoid common litigation misunderstandings.It can also reduce unnecessary energy and time loss.At the same time,the system will help judges hear labor disputes and improve the efficiency of judgments.
