Research On The Construction And Implementation Pathofthe Social Security Preventionand Control Systemin Jinniu District,Chengdu

With the rise of the Internet era,my country’s economy and society are developing rapidly,various contradictions and disputes are constantly emerging,unstable factors are increasing,and new illegal and criminal methods are emerging one after another.How to prevent and create illegal crimes,investigate and resolve social contradictions,and promote grassroots social governance has been From policy to practice,it is urgent to build a three-dimensional,informatized,and fully-covered social security prevention and control system.This article takes the construction of the social security prevention and control system in Jinniu District of Chengdu as the research object,starting from the theory of social governance and public security management,and through a series of methods such as literature method,case method,and investigation method,it comprehensively elaborates the social security of Jinniu District,Chengdu.The existing prevention and control measures and the results achieved have revealed three problems in the public security prevention and control system: insufficient prevention and control resources,limited prevention and control resources,and weak prevention and control technologies.The social and other aspects analyzed the reasons.Finally,based on the work experience in the construction of social security prevention and control systems in Ningbo,Jinjiang and Gaoyou,and on the basis of social security prevention and control in Jinniu District,Chengdu,a 3+3+8framework model for the construction of social security prevention and control system in Jinniu District,Chengdu is proposed,and In response to the reasons for sorting out the problems,it was proposed that the party committee and the government should lead and promote,give play to the main force of the public security organs,coordinate with various departments,and actively mobilize the people to participate and coordinate and govern together,and make good use of technical,institutional,and legal forces in all aspects.Promote the implementation path of the construction of the social security prevention and control system.
