Study On Xi Jinping’s Shared Development Concept

At the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping formally proposed a new development concept,namely innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing,and pointed out that this is the development concept of the 13 th Five-Year Plan and even longer.As the purpose and destination of the new development concept,the concept of shared development is the value orientation of development practice,which provides an action guide for solving problems such as the large gap between the rich and the poor and the uneven development of public services in China’s economic and social development.This study mainly analyzes Xi Jinping’s concept of shared development through literature research,historical analysis,comparative analysis and other methods,and makes an overall layout from the perspectives of the background of the times,ideological origin,connotation and characteristics,contemporary values,and practical paths.Xi Jinping’s concept of shared development is the inheritance of Marx and Engels’ s idea of shared development,but also the inheritance and sublimation of Mao Zedong Thought,the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,or the dialectical absorption of the inherent precious qualities of China’s excellent traditional culture,which fully demonstrates the institutional advantages of China’s special socialism.The connotation of Xi Jinping’s concept of shared development mainly includes "sharing for people" that "everyone enjoys and gets what they want";The "comprehensive sharing" of the people’s achievements in social development;"Co-construction and sharing" on the unification of social fairness and justice and efficiency;The "progressive sharing" of development programmes for uneven economic and social development.It has distinct characteristics of integrity,inclusiveness,people’s and reality.The concept of shared development is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and it is also the inheritance and sublimation of the Chinese-style Marxist idea of shared development.As the starting point and foothold of the new development concept,it is mainly committed to the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and serving the fruitful results of consolidating the comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society.Grasp the systematic relationship of the new development concept,take the shared development concept as the value orientation,enhance the party’s guidance on the shared development ability,improve the income distribution system,improve the social security system,promote the equalization of basic public services,help the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and create a good shared development environment.Ensure that the concept of shared development is implemented.
