Analysis And Prevention Research On Corruption Of Rural Grass-roots Cadres

General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to insist on fighting "tigers" and "flies" together,not only to investigate and deal with the corruption of leading cadres,but also to focus on solving the corruption problems that occur around the masses,putting "fighting tigers" and "swatting flies" on the same Judging from the current anti-corruption situation,grassroots party members and cadres are still a group with a high incidence of corruption.For the Communist Party of China,the grassroots is the foundation of all our work,and also includes the focus and difficulties of work.Grassroots rural cadres are the closest to the masses,and they directly serve the masses.Corruption of grassroots rural cadres will directly damage the fundamental interests of the broadest masses of people,and may lead to collective petitions by the masses,causing conflicts between cadres and the masses,and thus affecting the credibility of the government.Therefore,to root out and prevent corruption,we should start from the grassroots level,analyze the reasons for the corruption of grassroots rural cadres,and then study corruption prevention measures according to the reasons.Based on this background,this paper takes P District of Shuozhou City,Shanxi Province and the 224 administrative villages under its jurisdiction as the basis,conducts an in-depth study on the current corruption of rural cadres in P District,and analyzes the reasons for the corrupt behavior of rural cadres: 1.The treatment of rural grassroots cadres is low;the overall quality of village cadres is not high;the supervision is absent;the laws and regulations are not perfect;and the institutional mechanism is unscientific.And on the basis of in-depth analysis of the problems and causes,it puts forward some targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the current corruption prevention from five aspects: first,improve the treatment of rural cadres;second,strengthen the construction of rural cadres;We will strengthen supervision in all directions;the fourth is to improve relevant laws and regulations;the fifth is to establish and improve systems and mechanisms.
