| With the rapid development of information technology,the form of labor has undergone profound changes,from a single employment mode to a diversified employment mode.The subordination and dependence of laborers have weakened,and flexibility has become the most significant symbol of practitioners in emerging fields.However,the traditional industrial injury insurance system is based on labor relations,which cannot adapt to the new employment model.Therefore,how to let many new formats of employees enjoy occupational injury protection has become the focus of the whole society.This article takes courier workers in City A,Zhejiang Province as an example.Through a questionnaire survey on courier workers,combined with interviews with express delivery companies,courier workers and relevant government departments,the author use qualitative and quantitative methods to launch a study on the occupational injury protection of this group.By analyzing the problems and causes of occupational injury protection for courier workers,the author puts forward suggestions to solve the problems of occupational injury protection for this group.According to research and analysis,it is found that there are problems of occupational injury protection for courier workers in city A.First,the coverage of occupational injury insurance is small;Second,the payment standard of occupational injury insurance is low;Third,the scope of occupational injury insurance claims is small;Fourth,occupational injury insurance guarantees are less effective.Through the analysis of the problem,the main reasons are the lack of government system construction and supervision,the lack of corporate social responsibility,the lack of social organization service functions,and the lack of insurance knowledge and weak rights protection ability of employees.Finally,the author puts forward measures to improve the protection of occupational injury for new employment workers at the government,enterprise,social and individual levels.The government should further improve the industrial injury insurance system,encourage the development of various forms of commercial insurance,strengthen supervision services and increase policy publicity.Enterprises should actively fulfill their social responsibilities and optimize labor management.Social organizations should improve the level of social services and strengthen the self-discipline of the industry.The new format of employees should improve their awareness of occupational injury safety,enhance their legal awareness and the ability to safeguard their rights. |
