| Performance management refers to how the enterprise and the staff work together to improve the personal performance of the staff through some scientific and effective incentive methods on the basis of reaching agreement on the objectives between the enterprise and the staff,to improve organizational performance,and ultimately achieve a common goal of a management method.The aim of performance management is to improve the quality and efficiency of work,and finally achieve the goal of improving organizational performance.The work attitude and behavior pattern of the staff depends on the satisfaction degree of the staff to the performance management to a great extent,so the satisfaction degree of the staff performance management is the key to determine the work effect of the unit performance management,it is of great significance to study the employee’s performance management satisfaction.For the grass-roots tax cadres are the same,the existing tax performance management satisfaction,a great impact on their work enthusiasm and work capacity.By investigating and studying the satisfaction degree of performance management of tax cadres at the grass-roots level,we can fully understand the actual effect of performance management of tax departments and the existing problems,which can not only provide a strong basis for the improvement and perfection of tax performance management,to stimulate the enthusiasm of tax cadres at the grass-roots level,to improve their working ability,to provide guarantees for the completion of tax performance goals,and to provide a little reference value for the study of the satisfaction of government performance management,it is convenient for other government departments to refer to.The author consulted a certain number of relevant literature,on the basis of analysis and reference to the research results of others,combined with the unique characteristics of tax performance management,through the method of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this paper investigates the satisfaction degree of performance management of the grass-roots tax cadres in the tax system of h city,and draws relevant conclusions through the in-depth analysis of the investigation results,then the paper discusses the current situation and problems of performance management satisfaction of tax cadres at the grass-roots level,analyzes the reasons behind the problems,and puts forward suggestions to improve the performance management satisfaction of tax cadres at the grass-roots level.Through the in-depth analysis of the results of the survey,this paper finally comes to the conclusion that the performance management satisfaction of tax cadres at the grass-roots level in H city is relatively low,the suggestions to improve the grass-roots tax cadres’ satisfaction of performance management are as follows: The satisfaction of performance plan: Optimize the index system;Performance Implementation Satisfaction:pay attention to process management to strengthen the daily performance monitoring;daily work with detailed responsibilities;regular communication and timely correction;performance evaluation satisfaction: The establishment of a multi-dimensional performance evaluation system;Serious performance evaluation discipline to eliminate subjective interference;strengthen evaluation efforts to maintain the credibility of performance evaluation;performance feedback satisfaction: To build a smooth and efficient performance feedback communication channels;to establish a fault-tolerant and error-correcting mechanism,in the aspect of application satisfaction,the results of performance appraisal are linked with performance rewards to reflect differentiation,the results of performance appraisal are combined with promotion,and the results of performance appraisal are combined with daily work. |
