The Study On Strategies For Improving Party Building Function Of Social Organizations In Bao Tou City Based On The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

Party building in social organizations is an important institutional arrangement with Chinese characteristics in the development of social organizations.It plays an important role in the development of various national construction undertakings and meeting the growing diversified needs of the people.With the determination and setting sail of the second Centennial goal,China has strengthened its adherence to the leading direction of the party’s leadership in an all-round way in the face of the overall strategic situation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the great changes not seen in a century in the world.It puts forward new requirements for the party building of social organizations,which means that the work of Party organizations in social organizations must comply with the situation,keep up with the pace,and expand and give play to the function of social organizations under the background of building a modern governance pattern of co construction in the new era.In order to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the realization of the function of Party building,based on the existing research and the theory of social governance,using the methods of literature analysis and case analysis,this thesis clarifies the positioning of the function of Party building of social organizations in the new era.It analyzes the problems and difficulties faced in the party building work of social organizations in Baotou in four aspects: ideological understanding,self construction,management system and guarantee and incentive,and summarizes the main problems of the party building of social organizations in four aspects.Finally,in view of the problems,this thesis puts forward some suggestions,including enhancing the subject identity,improving the endogenous driving force,strengthening the team construction,stimulating the vitality of Party construction,innovating ways and means,straightening out the management system,improving policy creation and standardizing supervision and restraint.It is hoped that through the research of this thesis,some theoretical basis and practical reference can be provided for Baotou City and even cities across the country in improving the party building function of social organizations in the new era.
