Application And Optimization Of S Sub-district Smart Cloud Platform In Grass-roots Governance In Suzhou

With the rapid development of the Internet,big data and other modern information technologies,grassroots social governance practices and related theoretical exploration continue to deepen,along with the deep integration of modern technological means and governance system,China is entering a new era of smart governance.In recent years,our country grass-roots society is experiencing from tradition to modern,from management to governance,in the process of promoting the modernization of national governance,improving the level of social governance intelligent constantly reflects the new technological revolution rapid development under the background of informationization,intellectualization of reality,also achieved make work sharing the goal of social governance structure.《The CPC Central Committee’s proposal on formulating the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economy and Development and the long-term Goals for 2035》points out that,We should improve the level of social governance,.which requires the use of information technology such as the Internet to improve the level of social governance.In this paper,the role of the smart cloud platform in the development and construction of S sub-district in Suzhou city in the grass-roots governance is studied.As the core plate of Suzhou New District Zone,S sub-district constantly improves social governance,speeds up the organic integration of grass-roots grid and Internet,creates a dual-network operation smart cloud platform,and realizes the "great improvement" of governance level from multiple dimensions.By means of literature analysis,case analysis,personal interview and questionnaire survey,this paper takes the smart cloud platform of S sub-district in Suzhou city as the research object,and studies the role of the smart cloud platform of S Street using big data+Internet development in grass-roots governance.The specific application of smart cloud platform in epidemic prevention and control,economic development,government services,public security and other fields is analyzed,and the problems in improving grassroots governance are discussed and the causes are analyzed.To improve the function of the platform,it is necessary to optimize the top-level design,improve supporting facilities,build a multi-dimensional mechanism,and strengthen the management of professional and technical personnel.At the same time,the application of scientific and technological means also needs to conform to the status quo of social development,adapt to the conditions and public opinions of the people,adhere to the "people-centered" concept.The intelligent means should be combined with the real needs of the masses,so that the smart cloud platform can achieve the optimal configuration and maximize its effectiveness in grass-roots governance.
