On The Legalization Of The Right To Life Security For The Elderl

The aging of our country is increasingly serious.In terms of materials,endowment insurance and social assistance are separated from each other,showing the characteristics of fragmentation.In terms of daily life,spiritual comfort and long-term care are in their early stages.To address the above issues,various rights are summarized from the perspective of the elderly and the right to life security for the elderly is proposed.This right refers to the right of the elderly to request protection from the state and society to ensure their basic needs.According to the current situation and existing problems of life security for the elderly,legalizing this moral right is conducive to achieving social fairness and justice,protecting human rights,and so on.To realize the legalization of this right,it is necessary to further improve the Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Elderly and the Social Insurance Law,and formulate laws related to social assistance and social welfare.Give full play to the institutional advantages of people’s mediation,clarify the responsibilities of families,social organizations,and the state,and promote the rule of law and morality.
